- Blended human-centred design with generative AI to build end-to-end products for People & Systems (HR, IT support, data analytics, productivity), serving 34,000+ employees across the US, Europe and Asia-Pacific.
- GenAI HR Assistant: a chatbot that guides employees through HR policy on medical benefits, time off, stock programmes and career progression, choosing the clearest format for each answer, from conversation to charts.
- AI Administration & App-Building Platform: an admin portal where AI engineers configure conversational logic and build modules for IT support, People, BI and productivity, and where non-technical employees build their own AI apps, spreading AI adoption across the organisation.

ELSA Corp.Contract Staff Product Designer · USA, Remote
- Designed end-to-end experiences that create a natural, human-like connection between people and AI, from basic communication to corporate communication, negotiation, persuasion and perception building.
- Moved ELSA from a mainly B2C product to scalable B2B offerings for schools and businesses, covering writing, speaking, reading and listening through GenAI, with better accessibility, usability and appeal.
- Took the GenAI English-learning experience to Vietnam, Japan, Indonesia and South America, adapting it to each market’s culture, language and learning context.

SugarBox Networks (Margo Networks)Director of Product Design · Bangalore + Remote
- SugarBox built a hyperlocal CDN that delivers digital content where connectivity is low or absent: trains, metros, airlines, remote villages and public WiFi. Led consumer experience strategy across onboarding, content discovery and scalable journeys.
- Redesigned onboarding, growing monthly active users from 1,600 to 100K+ (over 6,250%) in about 18 months.
- Directed UX strategy and flows for the app and PWA, an in-flight entertainment, e-commerce and food-delivery platform that helped win a key airline partnership.
- Designed consumption journeys for very different settings, from trains and villages to malls and connected homes.
- Built and led a 6-person UX team of product designers, researchers and interaction designers, and set up collaborative practices and a stronger design culture.

- Designed for Sam’s Club, a membership retail chain and e-commerce platform in Mexico, across responsive web, iOS and Android, including the Scan & Go self-checkout.
- Owned user research, competitive analysis, product-strategy input, concepts, high-fidelity design and usability testing, and led the design side of projects.

- Defined UX strategy, ran user research and delivered design for DevCloud, a cloud-hosting platform for small and medium businesses covering network security, firewalls and server configuration.
- Designed Rampspot, a digital-marketing and content-recommendation platform that helps businesses grow their brand, run campaigns, acquire users and generate revenue.
